Sarah Bills leads Bastion Group's investment strategy and financial operations with global background experience spanning the UK, Geneva, and Australia. She is a Chartered Management Accountant (CIMA) and qualified member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP).

Alex Wood brings over 20 years of global experience in construction, mining and engineering to lead Bastion’s growth. A qualified Quantity Surveyor (MRICS), he delivered cost management for the $4.5 billion Emirates Airline terminal in Dubai. He also has a strong track record in strategic leadership, including a $120 million land sale and founding a publicly listed engineering company.

Luke, CFO of Bastion Group, is a strategic finance and operations leader with 15+ years in industrial services, oil & gas, mining, and investment. He excels in capital structuring, funding, and growth strategy, driving Bastion’s success as a leading Queensland property business while delivering community-focused projects and building high-performing teams.

Phillipa, Executive Director at Bastion, leverages her international expertise in luxury property, branding, and development to lead strategy, partnerships, and brand positioning. With a background in psychotherapy, she fosters a culture of trust, clarity, and shared purpose while shaping high-end residential and hospitality projects globally.

Shaun brings more than 25 years of experience across high-rise residential, commercial, and large-scale construction projects throughout Australia. As Construction Manager, he is recognised for his strong leadership, practical expertise, and ability to oversee complex developments from planning through to delivery, while maintaining exceptional standards in quality, safety, and project execution.

Jon Paul has more than 25 years of experience across design, project management, and construction delivery within the residential and commercial sectors. Known for his leadership, technical expertise, and collaborative approach, he plays a key role in overseeing complex projects from concept through to completion while maintaining exceptional standards across quality, design, and execution.

Katerina, a Senior Design Manager, excels in leading high-end, large-scale commercial projects from luxury integrated resorts and hospitality to airports and mixed-use developments. With a strategic design vision and a portfolio of award-winning projects like Queens Wharf Brisbane and The Darling Hotel, she brings a thoughtful, design-led approach to shaping enduring places.

Natasha, Brand Manager at Bastion Group, blends strategy, creative direction, and digital design to elevate brand identities. With expertise across property, lifestyle, and retail, she ensures projects communicate with clarity, cohesion, and purpose, shaping cohesive identities that strengthen market presence.

Bringing more than 25 years of industry experience, Craig has delivered high-rise residential, hospitality, retail, and large-scale mixed-use developments across Australia and New Zealand. He is highly regarded for his leadership, strong safety culture, and collaborative approach to delivering complex projects to exceptional standards, on time and within budget.

Samuel has extensive experience in health, safety, and high-risk construction across some of Southeast Queensland’s largest luxury residential and infrastructure projects. Known for his proactive leadership and strong site relationships, Samuel plays a key role in fostering safe, efficient, and high-performing construction environments.

Tom brings strong commercial and construction expertise across high-end residential and complex commercial projects. With a background in quantity surveying, estimating, and contract administration, Tom is recognised for his detailed financial management, stakeholder coordination, and ability to support projects from tender through to successful delivery.

Clayton, a Registered Tax Agent with a decade of experience, specializes in tax, compliance, and business advisory. Holding a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting, he has led teams, managed over 200 entities, and provides practical support across financial matters to drive sustainable growth and informed decision-making.

Robert brings more than 15 years of experience across high-rise residential, hospitality, and large-scale mixed-use developments throughout Queensland. With a strong background in structural delivery, finishes, and site supervision, Robbie is known for his practical leadership, construction knowledge, and ability to drive complex projects through to completion.

Kelsea is a multi-faceted designer with experience across international lifestyle markets. She brings an all-encompassing approach to design by bringing together tactile, digital, historical and cultural inspirations to UX/UI design, branding, editorial and graphic design. At Bastion, Kelsea brings a wide-lens and strategic view to design having worked in sales, project management and retail coordination.

He plays a key role in delivering complex high-rise projects efficiently while maintaining exceptional quality and construction standards.
